Sie k\u00f6nnen isoliert bestehen oder im Zusammenhang mit einem Krampfaderleiden (Varikosis) gesehen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das <strong>Ver\u00f6den (Sklerosierung)<\/strong> ist eine altbekannte, geeignete Methode zur Behandlung von oberfl\u00e4chlichen Krampfadern. Im Idealfall ist nur ein kleiner, kaum sp\u00fcrbarer Stich notwendig, um das Ver\u00f6dungsmittel in die Ader einzuspritzen und damit gleich ein gesamtes Gef\u00e4ssb\u00e4umchen verblassen zu lassen. Das Blutgef\u00e4ss wird von innen gesch\u00e4digt und je nach Gr\u00f6sse \u00fcber Wochen bis Monate abgebaut. Die Haut \u00fcber der Einstichstelle wird nicht stark verletzt, so dass es in der Regel nicht zur Narbenbildung kommt. Meist f\u00fchrt man anschliessend eine Kompression (Strumpf oder Verband) der behandelten Areale f\u00fcr einige Tage durch.<\/p>\n<p>In manchen F\u00e4llen ist es notwendig, zuvor eine Ultraschalluntersuchung der gr\u00f6sseren Venen durchzuf\u00fchren, um eine Schw\u00e4che der gr\u00f6sseren Venen auszuschliessen. Sollten dabei ausgepr\u00e4gtere Krampfadern nachgewiesen werden, wird eventuell eher ein operatives Vorgehen zur Behandlung der Venen empfohlen.<\/p>\n<p>Leiden Sie unter Besenreisern?
