In manchen F\u00e4llen ist dies f\u00fcr den Patienten aber nicht ganz einfach zu erkennen, es bedarf einer dermatologischen Abkl\u00e4rung. Auch harmlose Hautver\u00e4nderungen k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrlich st\u00f6ren, insbesondere wenn sie im Gesicht auftreten, Irritationen auf der Haut hervorrufen oder rasch wachsen. Zu den <strong>gutartigen Hauttumoren<\/strong> geh\u00f6ren z.B. Alterswarzen, sog. seborrhoische Keratosen, Bindegewebsgeschwulste, sog. Fibrome, Fettgewebsgeschwulste, sog. Lipome oder auch Zysten.<\/p>\n<p>Wie viele andere Begriffe aus der Medizin stammt auch der Ausdruck \u00abTumor\u00bb aus dem Lateinischen und bedeutet so viel wie Schwellung, Geschwulst oder Neubildung. Ein Hauttumor ist also nicht gleichzusetzen mit Hautkrebs. Er kann gutartig oder b\u00f6sartig sein. Bei solchen, oft den Patienten <strong>st\u00f6renden Hautver\u00e4nderungen<\/strong>, muss zun\u00e4chst eine eindeutige Diagnose gestellt werden. Bei einer Laserbehandlung handelt es sich in der Regel nicht um eine Pflichtleistung f\u00fcr die Krankenversicherer, da diese Therapie ja nicht zwingend erforderlich ist, sondern aus kosmetischen Gr\u00fcnden erfolgt. Auch eine Laserbehandlung ist etwas schmerzhaft, weshalb die Hautl\u00e4sion zuvor vorsichtig bet\u00e4ubt wird, sodass Sie die Behandlung selbst gar nicht sp\u00fcren. Bei Personen, die bereits nach kleinen Verletzungen zu Verf\u00e4rbungen der Haut neigen, kann auch eine Lasertherapie z.B. zu l\u00e4nger anhaltenden Pigmentverschiebungen f\u00fchren.
