Was k\u00f6nnen wir f\u00fcr Sie tun? <strong>Hautkrebs<\/strong> ist der h\u00e4ufigste Krebs \u00fcberhaupt. Am gef\u00e4hrlichsten ist der schwarze Hautkrebs, das Melanom, weil es Ableger (Metastasen) bilden kann. Mit ca. 2800 neu Erkrankten pro Jahr in der Schweiz z\u00e4hlt das Melanom zur f\u00fcnfth\u00e4ufigsten Krebsart. Der schwarze Hautkrebs kann \u00fcberall am K\u00f6rper auftreten und betrifft auch nicht selten j\u00fcngere Menschen. \u00dcber \u00bc der Betroffenen sind unter 50 Jahre alt. Wesentlich \u00f6fter wird der weniger bedrohliche helle Hautkrebs diagnostiziert, n\u00e4mlich bei ca. 25 000 Menschen pro Jahr. Das Basalzellkarzinom und das Plattenepithelkarzinom tritt typischerweise an sonnenbelichteten Areale und meist im h\u00f6heren Alter auf, als Folge von langj\u00e4hriger UV-Exposition. Zunehmend sind auch j\u00fcngere Menschen betroffen.<\/p>\n<p>Wie kann ich mich selbst vor Hautkrebs sch\u00fctzen?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mittags von 11 und 15 Uhr den Schatten aufsuchen<\/li>\n<li>Schutz durch Kleidung, Hut und Sonnenbrille<\/li>\n<li>Sonnenschutzmittel mit hohem Lichtschutzfaktor f\u00fcr die unbedeckten K\u00f6rperareale<\/li>\n<li>Solarium meiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Was sind <strong>Risikofaktoren<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcber 100 Pigmentmale<\/li>\n<li>Unregelm\u00e4ssige Pigmentmale, bez\u00fcglich Farbe und Form<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00fchere Hautkrebserkrankungen<\/li>\n<li>Hautkrebs bei Familienmitgliedern<\/li>\n<li>Immunsuppression (Abwehrschw\u00e4che), z.B. durch Medikamente oder nach Organtransplantation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Menschen, f\u00fcr welche diese Risikofaktoren zutreffen, sollten sich regelm\u00e4ssig beim Dermatologen vorstellen. Bei der Ganzk\u00f6rperuntersuchung verwenden wir ein sogenanntes <strong>Dermatoskop<\/strong> (Auflichtmikroskop), um die Hautver\u00e4nderungen genauer beurteilen zu k\u00f6nnen. Hierbei wird das gesamte Hautorgan untersucht. Bei Patienten mit sehr vielen Pigmentmalen ist eine Ganzk\u00f6rper-Dokumentation mit unserem Fotosystem <strong>DermoScan X2<\/strong> sinnvoll. Hierbei werden die Pigmentmale im Verlauf verglichen und mithilfe einer speziellen Software (Computer-gest\u00fctzte Bildanalyse) hinsichtlich Ver\u00e4nderungen analysiert.
