Diese Eingriffe k\u00f6nnen fast immer ambulant und in \u00f6rtlicher Bet\u00e4ubung in unseren Praxis-Operationss\u00e4len im Dermacenter K\u00fcssnacht und Dermacenter Brunnen durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Besonderen Wert legen wir dabei, neben der <strong>leitliniengerechten Operation<\/strong>, auf ein <strong>kosmetisch bestm\u00f6gliches Resultat<\/strong>. Das chirurgisch entfernte Gewebe wird im histologischen Labor ausw\u00e4rts feingeweblich untersucht, um eventuelle, mit blossem Auge durch den Hautchirurgen nicht erkennbare, verbliebene Reste zu entdecken. In diesen F\u00e4llen muss manchmal eine Nachoperation erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei rechtzeitiger Diagnosestellung sind dann keine weiteren therapeutischen Massnahmen mehr erforderlich. Regelm\u00e4ssige Kontrollen der Haut bez\u00fcglich auff\u00e4lliger Ver\u00e4nderungen werden aber empfohlen.
